Detox Diet at Home – Day 2

Tonight would have been Vegetable Kebabs – but we couldn’t find the skewers, so just roasted veg!

Vegetable Kebabs

  • Organic red onion
  • Organic green and red peppers
  • Organic garlic clove
  • Organic portobello mushrooms
  • Organic aubergine
  • Organic courgette
  • Mixed herbs

Served with cooked quinoa and cashew nuts:

Breakfast was the same as yesterday – Organic Carrot and Apple smoothie. Lunch was Organic Carrot and Coriander soup with [Biona] organic rye bread.
