What is Microblading?

Have you heard people talking about Microblading but you don’t know what it is? We are hoping this short and simple blog with give you all the knowledge you need to join in the conversation next time.

Microblading is a skilled semi-permanent brow procedure whereby hair like incision strokes are created along the eyebrow to enhance, reshape or create natural looking brows. Using a manual handheld microblade which is then dipped into pigment and inserted into the top layers of the skin, creating fine hair strokes simulating perfect precision brows that suit you.

So who is having this treatment and who is it aimed at? Anyone is the answer, there are not many of us who are 100% happy with our brows. They may be too thin, too sparse or just not the shape you want. Maybe you have over-plucked them leaving gaps or maybe you just don’t want to keep drawing them on in the morning.

So what are the benefits?

  • You wake up every morning with perfect brows. No need for make up saving us precious time in the morning! And no smudging!
  • Helps with ageing. A good full brow can create an instant face lift affect.
  • Save money on treatments you may already have like Hi Brow or HD Brow and also on make up

The results last around 12 months but vary depending on many factors including how much oil your skin produces. We recommend having a top up appointment after 12-14months.

How long does the treatment take?

You have 3 appointments in total. A consultation (includes a patch test), the actual treatment (2hours approx) and then a top up around 6-8 weeks later.

The cost is £260, this includes all 3 appointments, the consultation, the initial treatment and your top up appointment.

For our lovely students we are offering a 10% discount on Microblading once this offer has ended.
